The Braid Bar are available to attend your event, fete, festival or party as a feature stall! If you would like the Braid Bar to bring some glam to your event contact us for date availability & cost options.

EVENT PRICING PACKAGES

Engage The Braid bar at your next event, party, fete or festival!

We strongly recommend you take into account the time required for each type of braid balanced against the expected amount of guests. IE- a mermaid braid with coloured extensions takes 40 minutes to complete, while a plain braid is 20 minutes.

Our Braiders - $150 per hour each.

All of our braiders are equipped to do all types of braids, & glitter accents as part of the package.

  • One Braid Specialist
  • Pretty Pink directors chair
  • All extensions glitter & hair accessories provided.
  • You tell us what braids you would like on the menu at your event & we will tailor to suit.
  • Maximum of 4 braiders per hour per event subject to availability
  • Braiders must be provided with a space either indoors or protected from the elements to protect stock
  • $150 per hour per braider

Outdoor Marquee Setup

If your event is outdoors you might like us to bring our gorgeous hot pink marquee! It takes our staff some time to erect & pack down. You can add this to your service for $50 which includes transport, set up & pack down

Travel Fees

If your venue is over 20 mins drive from Cardiff NSW, additional travel fees may apply.

  • $15 each way for venues 20-30 mins drive from Cardiff
  • $25 each way for venues 30-40 mins drive from Cardiff
  • $30 each way for venues 40-50 mins drive from Cardiff
  • 50 mins & above- $40 each way (minimum 2 hour booking for venues over 50 mins away)

Payment Policy, Cancellation Policy & Overtime

  • We require 50% payment 7 days prior to your event. You will receive the invoice via email. The balance is due on the day of your event.
  • Events that are cancelled less than 14 days prior incur a non negotiable 50% cancellation fee.
  • Should you require our artist to go over time a fee of $17.70 per 10 minutes fee applies.
